• Run a clean separate test
• Assess CPL, applications, booked calls and lead quality
• Move budget using evidence

Campaigns were aligned around purchases, product-led creative was refined, delivery kept moving through an Instagram restriction, inefficient ad sets were switched off and spend was concentrated into stronger campaigns.
Storewide context: complete-month Shopify sales rose from A$25.1K in March to A$40.8K in July, a 63% increase. This is context, not a claim that Meta caused every sale.

From 1 March–12 August 2026 Meta attributed 310 purchases and A$53.2K purchase value to A$8.8K in media spend. Over the same engagement window Shopify recorded A$171,610.20 in total store sales and 1,023 orders.
Optimisation example
From 4–6 August, combined Facebook and Instagram delivery produced five purchases at A$23.38 and 8.93x ROAS. A Facebook-only fallback produced one purchase at A$156.42 and 0.99x ROAS, so the weaker ad set was switched off.
